Founded in 1987, Ashwood Development Company is one of Atlanta's largest intown residential developers, and its presence continues to grow throughout the Southeast.

We map out the essential infrastructure and work with prestigious homebuilders to create new single-family home developments, town homes and subdivisions.

Ashwood takes pride in its successful record of working closely with neighborhood planning units to ensure that current residents of an area support our new developments. The company also diligently studies the environment of each potential development site in order to minimize disturbance to trees, streams and other existing natural areas.

Ashwood also owns and manages several commercial and residential properties for lease in the Atlanta area. These include 1440 Dutch Valley, a 70,000-square-foot renovated loft office complex in the Midtown / Morningside area, and Yorke Downs Apartments, an 80-unit apartment complex off Peachtree Street in Buckhead.
